Please include your Cloud Post sign-in email (or note that you use Sign in with Apple), your device and iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Common topics

• Sign in: Email/password or Sign in with Apple. Finish profile setup (display name, and an optional age if you choose to give one) before entering the Post Office.
• Letters & Mailbox: Replies arrive on a delay; pull to refresh Mailbox.
• Report / Block: Reporting and blocking are available from letters and chats.
• Delete account: You can delete your account from within the app, or visit Delete account.
